IA Clarington
New office space was required for IA Clarington’s Sales and Marketing team. Their offices consisted of older workstations with large panels and there wasn’t much collaboration space or access to natural light.
In their new 14,000 sq.ft. space at 26 Wellington Street West, a cooler colour palette was utilized, allowing for their blue and orange corporate colours to take center stage. Furniture assessments took place in order to find the best solution for the employees. Sit-to-stand workstations were implemented for the Sales team. An improved staff lunch area was created as well as break-out areas for impromptu meetings.
